The fine print

Policies

The terms of using this site, how we treat your data, and what happens if something isn't right.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website or purchasing any product from The 28 Day Challenge, you agree to these terms. Purchases include a personal, non-transferable license to the content you bought — the paperback, the Digital Reader, the audiobook, and the daily email lessons tied to your account.

Book and audiobook content is for your personal use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly share the text, audio, or email lessons. If a team or organization wants access for multiple people, contact us and we'll set it up properly.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

We collect what's needed to run your account and deliver what you bought: your name, email, order history, and the entitlements that unlock your content. We also store your reading and listening progress so you can pick up exactly where you left off on any device.

Daily challenge emails are delivered through our email platform. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message — that never affects access to content you've purchased.

We don't sell your personal data, period. If you'd like a copy of your data, an export, or deletion of your account, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Refund Policy

Physical books can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund. Contact us and we'll sort out the return.

Digital products (Digital Reader, audiobook, daily email delivery) are refundable within 14 days of purchase as long as the content hasn't been substantially consumed. We use good judgment here — if the product isn't working for you, tell us early and we'll make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Revoked access follows a refund: entitlements are removed from your library once the refund is processed.

Shipping Policy

Digital products never ship. The Digital Reader, audiobook, and daily email delivery unlock in your library and inbox as soon as your payment is confirmed — there's no shipping charge and nothing to wait on.

Paperback orders ship to the address you enter at checkout. Standard shipping is currently $5.00 per order, expedited is $8.00, and standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $50 or more after discounts. The exact rate for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to dispatch paperback orders within 3–5 business days of payment. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive an email when your order is on its way.

If your book arrives damaged or your package goes missing in transit, contact us — we'll replace it or make it right. Returns for a refund follow the Refund Policy above: 30 days from delivery, in original condition.

Accessibility Statement

We want The 28 Day Challenge to work for everyone, and we're building the platform with accessibility in mind: semantic page structure and headings, keyboard-navigable controls, alt text on content images, visible focus states, and color contrast that meets WCAG guidelines across the site.

The Digital Reader includes font size, line spacing, and reading-width controls plus a distraction-free night mode, and every blog article offers an audio narration. If a format or feature creates a barrier for you, tell us and we'll prioritize a fix or an alternative.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a finished checklist — we review pages as they're built and fix issues as we find them. If you hit a problem anywhere on the site, use the contact form with the page you were on and what went wrong.

We aim to respond to accessibility reports within a few business days, and we'll always tell you honestly what we can do and when.

Cookies Policy

This site uses a small set of cookies to work properly: session cookies that keep you logged in, and preference storage that remembers choices like your reader settings.

We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and challenges are helpful, so we can make the platform better. This data is aggregated and never tied to your reading or listening activity.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking session cookies will sign you out, but nothing else breaks.

Questions about any of these? Use the contact form — we answer policy questions quickly.
