Last Updated: August 12, 2026

Our Commitment to Accessibility

The 28-Day Challenge, LLC is committed to making our website, products, services, and digital experiences accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including individuals with disabilities.

We believe learning, professional development, and the opportunity to make meaningful progress should be accessible to everyone.

The U.S. Department of Justice recognizes that businesses covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act must provide people with disabilities equal access to goods and services offered online.

Our Accessibility Goal

As part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, we aim to design and maintain the28daychallenge.online with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) in mind, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA serving as our target standard where reasonably applicable.

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. Websites, ecommerce platforms, applications, integrations, content, and accessibility standards continually evolve, and we intend to continue improving our digital experiences as our business grows.

Accessibility Considerations

Our accessibility efforts may include working toward:

  • Clear and consistent navigation;
  • Appropriate heading structures;
  • Sufficient color contrast;
  • Keyboard-accessible website functionality;
  • Alternative text for meaningful images;
  • Accessible form labels and instructions;
  • Descriptive links and buttons;
  • Readable typography;
  • Compatibility with common assistive technologies;
  • Captions or transcripts for applicable multimedia content where practicable;
  • Accessible digital documents where reasonably possible; and
  • Reducing unnecessary barriers to purchasing and accessing our products.

Third-Party Content and Platforms

Certain portions of our website or customer experience may be provided through third-party technologies, platforms, plugins, embedded content, or integrations that we do not fully control.

We encourage our technology providers to offer accessible experiences and will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility barriers involving third-party functionality when we become aware of them.

Digital Products

Our products may be offered in multiple formats, including printed materials, ebooks, PDFs, audiobooks, email-based programs, and other digital resources.

Accessibility may differ depending on the product format, device, software, or assistive technology being used.

If you purchase or wish to purchase a product and encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to identify an accessible alternative or otherwise assist you where feasible.

Need Assistance?

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, completing a purchase, accessing a product, or using one of our digital resources, we want to hear from you.

Please tell us:

  • The page, product, or feature you were attempting to access;
  • The accessibility problem you encountered;
  • The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if relevant; and
  • The best way to contact you.

This information is helpful but not required for you to request assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to accessibility requests and provide information or assistance through an accessible alternative when appropriate.
