30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from The 28 Day Challenge. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The 28 Day Challenge is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
